Share your help centre
Paste your help centre URL into Evergreen. We're optimised for Zendesk Guide, Intercom Articles, and WordPress, but if your help centre has a URL, we can almost certainly scan it. No integration, no API key, no setup — just a URL.
Add your release notes
Paste your latest release notes, changelog, or product update. This is how Evergreen understands what's changed in your product — the gap between what you've shipped and what your docs still say.
We scan and compare
Evergreen crawls every article in your help centre and analyses each one against your release notes. We check for outdated instructions, missing features, contradictions — and we flag where your translations have fallen behind too.
Get your report
In less than 10 minutes, you'll receive a prioritised report showing exactly what needs attention. Not a score. Not a dashboard. A clear, actionable list: what's out of date, what's missing, what's misleading, and what to fix first.
Frequently asked questions
What platforms do you support?
Evergreen works with any help centre that's publicly accessible on the web. We're optimised for Zendesk Guide, Intercom Articles, and WordPress, but if your help centre has a URL, we can almost certainly scan it.
How long does the audit take?
Most reports are delivered in less than 10 minutes. You'll receive your report by email as soon as it's ready.
What do I need to provide?
Two things: the URL of your help centre, and a copy of your recent release notes or changelog. That's it. No API keys, no account setup, no integration work.
Is it really free?
Yes. The audit report is completely free, with no sign-up required. We offer three free reports per month. We also offer a managed service called Restore for teams who want help acting on their report — but there's no obligation.
What languages do you support?
Evergreen analyses content in any language and can identify where translations have fallen behind or are missing entirely. Our translation comparison works across all languages.
How do you handle my data?
We only access publicly available content on your help centre — the same pages your customers can see. We don't store your release notes after generating the report. Your report is accessed via a unique private link — only people with the link can view it. For full details, see our privacy and data policy below.
My help centre is very large — can you handle it?
Evergreen currently works best with help centres of up to around 100 articles. If your knowledge base is larger than that, get in touch — we'd love to hear from you and discuss our enterprise tier.
Don't have time to fix it yourself?
Most teams we talk to know their help centre needs work. The problem isn't awareness — it's bandwidth.
Evergreen Restore is our managed service for teams who want the problems in their report fixed without adding to their own workload. We use AI — with human review — to update your articles, close the gaps, translate into every language you support, and keep your help centre aligned with every release.
Restore is currently in pilot. We're working with a small number of teams to refine the service.
Pricing
The Evergreen audit report is free — three reports per month, no sign-up required.
Pricing for Evergreen Restore is being finalised as part of our current pilot. If you're interested, join the pilot to get early access and help shape how we price.
We're committed to outcome-based pricing that aligns our cost with the value you receive — not per-seat fees or flat monthly charges.

For the free audit report:
What we access:
Only publicly available help centre pages — the same content your customers see. We don't require login credentials, API access, or backend integration.
What we store:
Your report is stored so you can access it via a unique, unguessable link. We don't store your release notes after generating the report.
AI processing:
Your content is processed by AI to generate the audit report. We don't use your data to train models. Each analysis is independent and not shared across customers.
Third parties:
We use Anthropic (Claude) for AI analysis and Apify for web crawling. Both process data in transit only — nothing is retained by these services beyond the processing session.
If you use Evergreen Restore:
Restore requires authenticated access to your help centre platform to make updates on your behalf. Before onboarding, we'll explain exactly what access is needed and why — and you'll approve every change before it goes live.
GDPR:
Evergreen is built in the UK and designed with GDPR compliance in mind from the start. If you have specific data handling requirements, get in touch.
